John Velasco CEO

John began his music career with Canopy Music for Jimmy Webb, worked with The Fifth Dimension, Tony Orlando and Dawn, Thelma Houston. Joined Hemdale, signings included Yes, Black Sabbath. Became head of United Artists Music U.K. signed Abba and ELO and many others, set up first UK pub Co for Bertelsmann Group (BMG), Interworld (1977). Formed his own consultation and publishing company (1982). Repped Tina Turner in the U.K., managed and/or published Tommy Boyce, Hal David, John Denver, Davy Jones, Randy Edelman, Tom Paxton and Marvin Gaye. Produced albums and soundtracks for Disney, American Greetings, Parker Brothers. Was on the production team of the biggest live productions of the time Elton John live in Central Park . Produced hit children projects including Care Bears and Cabbage Patch Kids. Spent a year producing the first major "pop" tour of India. Joined CBS Songs in US as Vice President (1984). With partner the late Joe Raposo formed MPI, managed Sesame Street music catalog plus Sesame Street records, signed DC comics, Marvel, Archie and Care Bears. Produced music for many productions including: Shining Time Station, (Thomas The Tank Engine) Madeline, Pippi Longstocking, Barbie Country album. Was personal Consultant for American Greetings, Hearst Entertainment, Cherry Lane Music, Braun Media, Altman Films, Zomba Entertainment, International Music Factory, Digicast and METV. Became VP Acquisitions, Ten Strike/Sonopress, a Bertelsmann Company. From 2006-2008 was Chairman Times Square Arts Center management. John has been Owner of Audio Visual Resources for over 10 years. Presently board member of RockMeTV. Chairman of RADD (Recording Artists, Actors and Athletes Against Drunk Driving). A voting member of The National Academy of Popular Music, The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences and Variety Club International. John is the head of Lead Belly Fest US.

Marc Jacobson

Marc Jacobson is an internationally-renowned media & entertainment lawyer, business executive and lecturer with broad experience in the media, entertainment and technology industries. Marc's law firm offers new and existing clients guidance in the creation, development, financing, distribution, and exploitation of film, television, music, publishing, and theatrical properties through traditional means as well as mobile and Internet platforms. As a senior executive at Prodigy Communications Corp. in the late 1990's, Marc was a principal drafter of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and testified at WIPO on the same topic. After Prodigy, he served as a senior executive at two publicly traded Internet companies. He is the Founding Chairman of the New York State Bar Association Section on Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law, which began in 1984. Most recently, he was Of Counsel at the law firm of Greenberg, Traurig LLP in New York City. Stephan Bauer

Stephan Bauer is President of Allied Artists Records, an iconic label that has lasted longer than almost any other in the marketplace. For the last 17 years, Stephan has supervised a variety of startups that have gone public or found enough private funding to become successful operations in many markets. In addition to overseeing the activities leading to funding, he also supervised operating activities to a profitable conclusion. Stephan has a wide knowledge of the public marketplace and has acted as a stock promotions consultant and created business plans designed to best respond to the prevailing market conditions of exchanges all such offering where being sold in. Stephan brings new ideas and ways to gain market share to new companies seeking specific goals in their business domain and developing actual operations to meet those goals and sell both stock and product for cash flow to grow to the next plateau of funding and expansion. Stephan Bauer was born in Seattle, WA. His formal education was in England at Oxford Prep and the London School of Economics. He ran a division of WEA and, in that position, Stephan was responsible for the development of overseas sales of American bands; branding, repackaging products and images. Stephan reconstructed distribution operations at WEA UK that cut costs and increased volume of products sold. This is where he got most of his practical training in financial planning that allowed him to move into some Merchant Banks as a project developer, where he bought and sold companies and their assets. Stephan also worked with many producers and managers such as Micki Most and Peter Grant. He toured with Led Zepplin, Jeff Beck Band, Small Faces. Still in the UK, Stephan became the design build developer for projects funded by major Pension Funds and Public Investment companies. He was responsible for developing the plan of action for each deal he generated.
